Job Summary:

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of various HVAC systems and equipment. You will work both independently and as part of a team to provide outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Your expertise in HVAC systems will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components. Install new HVAC systems and equipment in residential and commercial settings. Educate customers on proper system usage, maintenance, and energy-saving practices. Respond promptly to service calls and ensure timely completion of all service requests. Maintain accurate records of all service work, including parts used and time spent on each job. Collaborate with team members to provide technical support and share knowledge. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while on the job site. Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in HVAC preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC service and repair. Valid HVAC technician certification and relevant licenses as required by the state. Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems and components. Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions.
