What You'll Be Doing Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance, tune-ups, and inspections Troubleshoot refrigeration, electrical, airflow, and mechanical issues Repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to homeowners Document work using mobile service software, including notes and photos Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Work independently in a fully equipped take-home vehicle Collaborate with dispatch, service, and installation teams as needed What We're Looking For Experience in residential HVAC service and repair Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities EPA Certification (Required) Valid Maine Gas Fitter License (Required) Excellent customer communication and service skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Comfortable using mobile devices and service software Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Positive mindset and commitment to quality workmanship Why Join the Team?
