Job Description

The Company:
W.W. Fairbairn & Sons, Inc. is a family run plumbing, heating, and cooling company specializing in residential homes. The Position:
We are looking for a full-time service technician with substantial experience in the HVAC industry (experience in plumbing is ideal also, but is not required). This position will be required to perform high level and intensive repairs, maintenance on various types of equipment, and be willing to improve and evolve as technology advances. Extensive training is not available for this position as we are looking for an individual with substantial experience to begin solo work immediately.
Required Skills Include:
  • Driver's license that includes a valid and insurable driving record.
  • Background check before first in person interview.
  • Self-sufficient at diagnosing and repairing various types of HVAC equipment.
  • Capable writing skills for write up descriptions of work performed.
  • Proficiency using Apple and/or Android products.
  • Highly effective communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, collaborative nature, and strong work ethic.
  • Dedicated to providing excellent customer service to every single client.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Able to easily lift 50-100 pounds without injury.
  • Required monthly on-call schedule that is alternated with other service technicians.

Who We Are Looking For:
You must have experience in HVAC service. A minimum of 3 years is required. If you do not have experience in these areas, please do not apply.
