We are looking for a technician with at least 5 years of experience particularly in the commercial side of HVAC.
Salary Range:
$30.00 - $70.00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC service technician, specifically with commercial and industrial systems. Boiler knowledge is a great addition Valid EPA Universal Certification. Strong mechanical and troubleshooting aptitude. Proficiency with hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record as well as a drug test Willingness to work on-call rotations and occasional overtime as needed. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on commercial and industrial HVAC systems. Including boilers, chillers, large tonnage air handling units Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes of problems. Install, repair, and replace various HVAC components, including compressors, motors, fans, and control systems. Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner, providing excellent customer service to clients. Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with company standards and industry regulations. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used. Communicate effectively with clients to explain findings, recommended solutions, and service performed.
