Positive, Team-Focused Culture Position Overview:
As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician , you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service in the field. Youll work independently and as part of a team to ensure our commercial clients receive top-tier service and dependable climate solutions.
Your Day-to-Day:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of commercial HVAC systems, including RTUs, split systems, boilers, and building automation systems Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure system performance and longevity Communicate clearly with customers, providing professional recommendations and explaining repair options Accurately document service calls, including work performed, parts used, and recommendations Collaborate with dispatch, service coordinators, and other team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean and working order What Does It Take? 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience (preferred) EPA Universal Certification required Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
