• Full-time We are looking for a hard working and eager individual to join our HVAC service team.

We are looking for a technician with at least 1-2 years of experience and/or knowledge of the trade in either residential or commercial. Qualifications At least 18 years old High school diploma or its equivalent Post high school education in a trade or technical school (Preferred) Would Prefer at least 1-2 years previous HVAC experience/knowledge. Valid Driver's License and clean driving record Highly motivated, self-starter who's flexible and has a great attitude Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Excellent customer service orientation and skills to relate to homeowners. Arrive and be ready to start work by scheduled time Strong verbal and written communications. Ability to read HVAC installation diagrams Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities. Time management skills to complete work in a timely and efficient way Strong attention to detail and accuracy Must be able to perform multiple tasks at a time Great problem solving skills. Must enjoy physical work and working with hands Strong desires to be a better technician tomorrow than you are today. Responsibilities Complete all general HVAC in-home service repairs Complete all general HVAC Commercial repairs Know how to establish customer relations and offer the customer solutions. Troubleshoot heating and cooling system malfunctions. Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business. Work along side customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business. Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.

Work Hours:

approximately 8:00 am 4:30 pm, Mon-Fri, but hours can vary. OT may be necessary, as needed.
