Road The Journey:

Safely pilot our fleet trucks and enclosed trailers to project sites nationwide. You'll manage your electronic logs (GEOTAB) and ensure our tech arrives on time and ready to go.

The Build:

Once on-site, you're the "Right Hand." You'll cut, fit, and join copper and PVC piping (1/2" to 2"), assist with venting, and help swap out old systems for cutting-edge tankless technology.

The Finish:

After a successful install, you'll load out and head back to the Michigan shop, prepping for your next national destination. What You Bring to the

Dashboard Experience:

1-2 years of commercial plumbing (schools, hospitals, or new construction) and a solid grasp of "shop math."

Reliability:

You're 21+, have a clean driving record, and can pass a DOT physical/drug screen.

Grit:

You're comfortable with the physical nature of the trade—lifting up to 75 lbs, working on ladders, and transitioning from the driver's seat to the job site.

Precision:
