This role serves as a key resource for field technicians, customers, and internal teams, ensuring world-class service, rapid cost-effective problem resolution, and continuous improvement across all operations. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled HVAC professional with extensive experience in system diagnostics, controls, refrigeration, commissioning, and customer support. They thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about equipment support and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical resource for complex HVAC/R troubleshooting and support. Provide real-time assistance to field technicians during installation, startup, commissioning, maintenance, and repair activities.
Diagnose and resolve issues involving:
Chillers Rooftop units (RTUs) Air Handlers (AHU's) Hydronic systems Commercial refrigeration equipment Building automation, controls systems, programming and high voltage. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and sales, teams to improve product reliability and customer satisfaction. Support major projects, equipment modifications, and system optimization efforts. Maintain a customer-first mindset while delivering exceptional technical solutions. Maintain outgoing equipment documentation, which involves I.O.M's and Custom unit labels. Qualifications 5+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC/R experience. Advanced troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and controls systems. Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, superheat, subcooling, airflow, and system performance analysis. Experience with BACnet, and other building automation protocols preferred. Ability to interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings. Excellent communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple technical issues while maintaining high service standards. Able to perform occasional repairs in the field.
