Lead HVAC Service Technician Holland Heating & Cooling Pay:
$30.00 - $50.00 per hour (based on experience)

Davison, MI Join a Company That Values Skilled Technicians Holland Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in residential and light commercial HVAC service, including boiler diagnostics and repair, and are looking for a company that rewards hard work and professionalism, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems Troubleshoot furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and related equipment Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers Ensure all work is completed safely and to company quality standards Mentor and assist junior technicians as needed Maintain accurate service records and documentation Qualifications 5+ years of HVAC service experience required Strong experience servicing and troubleshooting boilers EPA Certification required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of HVAC equipment Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions in the field Preferred Qualifications Experience with hydronic heating systems Experience with residential and light commercial service Leadership or lead technician experience What We Offer Competitive pay: $35-$50 per hour Overtime opportunities Company vehicle Paid training and professional development Paid vacation and holidays Health benefits Year-round work with a stable, growing company Why Join Holland Heating & Cooling?
