We're a small well-established commercial HVAC company looking for an experienced technician who takes pride in solving problems and delivering quality work. We specialize in servicing and maintaining commercial properties, offices, light industrial facilities and data/telecom centers. Unlike large corporate shops, you'll work directly with decision-makers, have the freedom to do your job right, and be part of a team where your experience and opinions matter.

Your Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance on rooftop units, split systems, boilers, and related equipment Install and replace HVAC equipment as needed Deliver outstanding customer service Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills EPA Certification required Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently Professional attitude and dependable work ethic Why Join Us?
