HVAC Lead Technician

Overview We are looking for HVAC Lead Technicians capable of working on and managing residential new construction and remodel projects. We need someone capable of completing a wide array of projects without singular specialization. Responsibilities . Install new HVAC systems as a lead member of new construction team. Work side by side with apprentices in training role. Present high levels of professionalism around clients and customers. Collaborate well with other technicians and team members to complete projects efficiently. Continuing education to improve skill set. Potential for out of town jobs occasionally. Requirements Five years plus experience in HVAC as an apprentice or lead tech. Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with HVAC specifics. Personal set of HVAC and construction tools. Larger specialized tools provided by company. Van, truck, or SUV in good working condition. $500 mileage pay per week. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Capable of attending to service calls during peak season, knowledge of service.
