If you're looking for a place where: Your work is respected You're supported, not micromanaged And you can actually build something long-term Job Summary HVAC Service Technician - Up to $35/hr (Based on Experience) $2,500 Sign-On Bonus (paid after 90 days) Candor Mechanical is growing, and we're looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a company that values doing things right. This isn't a high-chaos, burn-you-out environment. We believe in quality work, clear communication, and supporting our team in the field. You'll be working on residential and commercial systems, diagnosing issues, and helping customers stay comfortable year-round. What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems (AC, furnaces, boilers, ventilation, geothermal) Perform routine maintenance and service calls Communicate clearly with customers on issues and solutions Read and interpret system layouts, manuals, and schematics Complete service documentation and job notes with photos Ensure work is done safely, cleanly, and correctly What We're Looking For Experience as an HVAC Service Technician Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Mechanical knowledge (HVAC systems, basic electrical, and components) Ability to work independently and manage your day in the field Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Someone who shows up, communicates, and takes ownership of their work What You'll Get Up to $35/hr (based on experience) $2,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days Company vehicle Company-supplied tools & equipment 100% paid health insurance (employee) Family benefits available Short-term & long-term disability Paid sick time + holiday pay Company retirement plan Why Candor Mechanical We're not just filling a seat.
