HVAC Installer (2 years installation experience REQUIRED)

We are a growing locally owned heating and cooling company seeking qualified like-minded HVAC professionals. We are looking for experienced HVAC installers to join our team! Job Responsibilities:

Residential and Commercial Add on and Replacement of Furnaces, Roof Top Units, A/C, Water Heaters and/or Heat Pumps. Perform complete installation from start to finish which includes start up, checking gas pressure and temperature rise. Duct installation and equipment start up on light commercial jobs. Familiarity with roof top replacement and curb setting. Understand and apply all residential and commercial codes. Measure sheet metal. Manage material list and stock levels. Maintain a clean, organized job site and clean, well inventoried truck. Maintain a standard of personal presentation. Communicate clearly and effectively with co-workers and customers. Perform all duties in a safe manner in accordance with work standards. Comply with company policies and procedures. Adhere to company standards of business ethics and conduct.

Minimum Qualifications:

Two (2) years of experience as an HVAC Installer Proficient knowledge of gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, refrigerant and installation of all residential and light commercial systems Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems Positive "Can Do!" attitude. Highly motivated, self-starter who is able to make solid connections with customers EPA certification NATE certified or will obtain within one year of hire Valid driver's license and good driving record required Able to pass a criminal background check
