What You'll Do:

Lead and supervise an installation crew on residential and light commercial projects Oversee complete system installations, including accurate system layouts, duct design, and sizing Ensure all jobs are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards Mentor and develop team members while maintaining a positive and professional work environment Communicate effectively with customers, management, and crew members

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 40+ hours per week (overtime as needed)

Requirements:

8+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience Proven experience leading and mentoring installation crews Strong knowledge of HVAC system design, ductwork, and new construction installations Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record Ability to safely lift and carry up to 100 lbs Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety and quality If you're a dependable leader who takes pride in your craft and wants to work with a company that respects and rewards hard work, we'd love to have you on the Climate Guys team!
