Experienced HVAC Service Tech

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician with proven expertise to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and complex service and maintenance tasks as assigned. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with accuracy. Ensure timely and efficient completion of all service requests, focusing on customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of service work performed and materials used. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with customers.

Qualifications:

Must have proven experience in a similar service technician role. Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant certifications or technical training is preferred.
