Why Technicians Choose Field PlumbingHeating Competitive hourly pay based on experience Steady, year-round work Health, dental, and vision insurance (75% employer-paid for employees and dependents) 401(k) with company match up to 4% Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time Family-oriented team environment Supportive leadership and strong field communication Opportunity for long-term growth and advancement What You'll Do Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems Complete high-quality installations while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail Install and modify ductwork systems Run refrigeration lines, gas piping, venting, and low-voltage wiring Test, start up, and balance systems to ensure proper operation Troubleshoot installation issues and adjust as needed on-site Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members Follow all company safety standards and applicable codes Qualifications 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience Valid driver's license with insurable driving record Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and installation practices Experience installing: Gas piping Refrigeration piping Ductwork systems Furnaces Heat pumps Air conditioning systems Understanding of low-voltage controls and wiring Ability to test and balance HVAC systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Knowledge of HVAC codes and safety procedures Ability to work independently while staying on schedule Pride in workmanship and customer service What We're Looking For We want installers who care about doing the job right the first time.
