Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled and reliable HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), systems across various property types. Your expertise will ensure optimal system performance, energy efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical knowledge in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the comfort and safety of our clients' properties. Responsibilities Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment. Diagnose system issues. Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC systems. Replace defective components, including motors, compressors, thermostats, and electrical controls Maintain accurate service records and work documentation. Communicate findings. recommendations and solutions to customers and management Provide customers with practical solutions and expert recommendations, helping them make informed decisions that best meet their needs Respond to emergency service calls as needed. Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in safe working condition Experience Proven experience as a service technician specializing in HVAC/R systems or related mechanical fields. Clean driving record and valid driver's license Minimum of 2 years of HVAC service experience preferred. Ability to work overtime Ability to pass drug and background screenings Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs Rotating on-call schedule for emergency response
