  • you're not just a number here Supportive team that has your back in the field Consistent, year-round work (no slow seasons) What You'll Be Doing Perform maintenance and repairs on a wide range of residential and light commercial HVAC systems Diagnose issues efficiently and deliver high-quality, long-lasting solutions Follow company standards to ensure a consistent, top-tier customer experience Communicate clearly with customers, building trust and confidence in your work Provide input to leadership on technical training opportunities to keep skills sharp Share feedback on inventory needs and parts usage to keep jobs running smoothly Contribute ideas on pricing and service improvements based on real field experience Take pride in your work while operating with independence and professionalism What We're Looking For 3+ years residential service experience Valid driver's license and insurable driving record EPA Universal License required NATE certified preferred Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School preferred Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques. Experience making repair and replace decisions. Advanced customer service skills. Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles. Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices. Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques.
