HVAC Maintenance Technician

HVAC Maintenance Technician Dependable Heating, Cooling & Refrigeration Inc. Dependable Heating, Cooling & Refrigeration Inc. is looking for a motivated HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. We have proudly served the Blue Water Area for over 35 years. We are looking for someone who is dependable, professional, customer-friendly, and ready to grow with a company that values teamwork and quality work. Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial HVAC maintenance inspections Clean and inspect furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps Replace filters and perform system cleanings Check electrical components and system operation Identify potential repair or replacement opportunities Communicate findings clearly with homeowners Complete digital paperwork and photos Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle Follow company safety and customer service standards Qualifications Some HVAC knowledge or experience preferred EPA certification is a plus Valid driver's license and clean driving record Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and grow within the company Positive attitude and dependable work ethic What We Offer Competitive pay Paid training Opportunities for advancement Supportive family-oriented environment Year-round work Uniforms provided Paid holidays and PTO Bonus opportunities Why Work With Us? $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
