After verifying factory settings, you bring systems online, dial in ventilation and humidity control, and validate energy management sequences. By midday, you're troubleshooting a water-source heat pump at another facility, interpreting readings, resolving alarms, and updating the customer with clear recommendations. You finish the day documenting performance, coordinating with our commissioning consultants, and planning tomorrow's service calls across Michigan. What you'll do Perform start-up and service on commercial HVAC equipment, including air-conditioning, heating, ventilation, humidity control, and energy management systems. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair issues on water-source heat pumps and rooftop packaged HVAC systems. Verify performance against specifications and support commissioning efforts for both new and existing buildings. Deliver dependable, professional customer service and clear communication on-site. Travel within the Michigan area to support a growing service portfolio. What you bring Field experience with commercial heating and air conditioning. Knowledge of commercial air-conditioning, heating, water source heat pumps, and rooftop packaged HVAC systems. EPA Type I & II or Universal certification. Your own hand tools and a clean driving record. OSHA 10-hour training certification (preferred).

Compensation Estimated Salary:

$24- $50/hr, with flexibility based on experience and skills. Service area Role based in and serving the Michigan area.
