Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC and hydronic systems Service in boilers (steam and hot water), RTUs, and split systems Work on pumps, gas systems, and controls Perform combustion analysis and system performance checks Execute CSD-1 testing and safety inspections (or willingness to learn) Communicate clearly with customers and office staff Complete service documentation accurately
What We're Looking For:
A true service technician (not primarily an installer) Someone who can walk into a mechanical room and diagnose issues confidently Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Takes ownership of their work
Required Qualifications:
Journeyman-level experience (5+ years preferred) Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability Experience with commercial HVAC systems and hydronic heating Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to work independently in the field

Full-time Pay:
$80,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
