This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, field service experience, and the ability to interpret schematics. A valid driver's license is required, and familiarity with plumbing, appliance repair, and property maintenance is a plus. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects utilizing a broad skill set including equipment repair and maintenance. Responsibilities Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners Recommend solutions and explain options without pressure Complete service documentation accurately Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle Follow safety guidelines and company procedures Use field service software Housecall Pro to manage jobs, notes, invoices, and communications Qualifications 2+ years residential HVAC service experience preferred EPA Certification required Valid driver's license & clean driving record Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Professional appearance and customer-first mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred (Not Required) NATE certification Experience with boilers, heat pumps, or mini-splits Experience using Housecall Pro Light sales experience What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Overtime opportunities Paid training and advancement opportunities Steady work Supportive management and a no-BS work environment
