- PCSI seeks a motivated, friendly, and seasoned HVAC Mechanic to join our team.

- PCSI is a non-profit organization and federal contractor that provides support services to hospitals, military bases, and private-sector clients throughout the United States.

- What You'll Do as an
HVAC Service Technician:
Shift:
7:30 am - 4:00 pm Monday - FridayRate of Pay:
$43.84 per hour plus Health & Welfare (union shop)- + Compliance with all industry, company, and site safety standards and policies.
- What You'll Need to
Be Successful:
- + High school diploma or equivalent required. + Must have (10) years of recent/relevant hands-on experience and demonstrated mechanical ability to perform the assigned duties. + Must possess a valid and current EPA Universal Certification.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- + Knowledge of the government's Tridium building automation system (preferred), Niagara, BACnet, BAS systems, and Siemens' systems (preferred) + Must have hands-on and troubleshooting skills of multiple brands of HVAC equipment and HVAC systems + Must be willing and able to properly wear all PPE as required by PCSI and all federal, state, and local regulations.

- Working Conditions + Successfully pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, criminal background check, & motor vehicle report. + Maintain security clearance, including a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) investigation. + Maintain a valid State of Michigan driver's license and remain insurable to operate Company vehicles.
