What we look for:

We are looking for forward-thinking, skilled HVAC mechanics who have worked in residential, commercial, industrial, and/or institutional markets to join our growing team. Candidates must have practical working experience in the HVAC mechanical equipment installation/construction industry and possess knowledge of HVAC installation procedures and blueprint interpretation. Candidates must be skilled craftsmen in their trade, have good attention to detail, and take pride in a job well done.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in residential/commercial HVAC/mechanical installation/construction.
• Knowledge of various types of HVAC systems and their installation.
• Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Valid driver's license.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification to work with refrigerants (or be able to obtain within 3 months).
• Motivated, self-starter with good verbal and written communication skills and an ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Safety-minded individuals.
• Willingness to supplement on-the-job training with classroom training.

How you will do it:

• You will establish and maintain a positive relationship with customers, project managers, vendors, and co-workers through effective oral and written communication skills via phone, computer, and face-to-face.
• You will work with our project manager to provide quote estimates for change orders and/or upgrades as needed.
• You will represent the company by serving as the direct customer contact and be responsible for the installation of various types of HVAC equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• You will be required to use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and rigging equipment while following blueprints or engineering specifications, to install HVAC equipment.
• You will be expected to continually enforce safety to the highest standards.
• You will be expected to work as part of a team that is dedicated to delivering the highest standard of service to all its customers.
