Job Description

Well-established engineering & manufacturing company has an opening for a Technical Writer. Direct-hire position with competitive benefits!
Duties:
Develop technical data, drawings, diagrams, and instructions to produce documentation for spec sheets, manuals, install instructions, case studies, and technical papers Update existing technical documentation as required by changes to product and customer demand Coordinate production of technical documentation by releasing to vendor for printing or digital distribution and sending for document archiving Develop and edit marketing content such as brochure copy, website copy, blogs, ad copy, newsletters, promotional campaigns, press releases, video scrips, etc. Create illustrations (including 2D and 3D drawings) while working with the marketing team to obtain imagery that describes products and their function
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in technical writing, engineering, communications, or similar discipline 2+ years of experience in technical writing within an industrial equipment / engineering company HVAC or refrigeration industry experience a big plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign CAD / Solidworks experience a big plus Adobe Illustrator experience WordPress experience a plus Ability to work onsite to start (hybrid work opportunities after training period) Ability to pass a drug test
Salary:
$60-65K
