Journeyman HVAC Installer - Residential

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lead HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field service, mechanical knowledge, and experience with equipment installation. As a Job lead, you will be communicating with our job coordinators, homeowners, and our Replacement Manager. Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive high-quality service and that we adhere to time & materials budget. Duties Install HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes. Complete all necessary paperwork, job packets, and ensure all job notes & photos are uploaded. Startup and troubleshoot furnaces, air handlers, and condensing units. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with homeowners, contractors, and Perfection Heating & Air team. . Adhere to safety protocols while working on-site to ensure a safe working environment for you and your team. Requirements Proven experience in HVAC installation or related field service roles. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various HVAC systems. Familiarity with refrigerant handling and related regulations. Proficiency with gas sizing chart, line & low voltage wiring, and brazing. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Leadership experience. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred. Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry advancements. We are locally owned and operated!
