Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential settings. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. The HVAC Installer will work closely with customers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure every installation is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. Key Responsibilities Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, ventilation systems, and related components. Inspect and test HVAC systems and equipment to ensure proper functioning. Read and interpret technical diagrams, and installation manuals. Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines. Communicate clearly with customers about installation timelines, system operation, and maintenance recommendations. Collaborate with team members to coordinate job schedules and project details. Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in clean, safe working condition. Document completed work, materials used, and any follow-up needs. Qualifications 1-3 years of HVAC installation experience preferred. HVAC certification or trade school training is a plus. Knowledge of HVAC systems, installation procedures, and basic electrical work. Ability to read and understand technical diagrams. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be able to pass background and drug screenings. Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, basements, tight spaces, and varying weather conditions. Ability to stand, climb, bend, kneel, and work at heights when required.
