HVAC Installer Apprentice

What You'll Do As an Apprentice HVAC Installer, you will work alongside experienced Lead Installers to learn the trade and support installations from start to finish. Assist with installation of furnaces, air conditioners, and indoor air quality systems Help remove and dispose of old equipment Carry materials, tools, and set up job sites Learn proper installation techniques, safety procedures, and code requirements Maintain a clean and organized job site Communicate professionally with customers when on-site Follow company processes and installation checklists What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and positive attitude Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Mechanical aptitude (preferred but not required) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, basements, and outdoor conditions What You'll Gain Hands-on training with experienced HVAC professionals Clear path to become a Lead Installer Industry certifications and ongoing training opportunities A team environment focused on growth and accountability Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Opportunities for overtime Health benefits (medical, dental, vision) Paid time off and holidays Company-provided training and advancement opportunities Why BWS?
