We are currently seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in quality installs, leads by example, and wants to grow with a company that values craftsmanship over cutting corners. What You'll Do Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installations from start to finish Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and mini-split systems Supervise, train, and mentor installers and apprentices Ensure all work meets local codes and company quality standards Perform system start-ups, testing, and ensure proper operation Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and project managers Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites and trucks What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience as a Lead HVAC Installer (REQUIRED) Proven ability to lead crews and complete high-quality installations Minnesota Competent Person Card (Comp Card)

REQUIRED EPA
