Opportunity:

Our client is seeking experienced HVAC Installers to work on residential and commercial projects throughout the Minneapolis area. In this role, candidates will install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems while providing high-quality workmanship and professional customer service in both homes and business settings. Team members will work closely with others to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest level of customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing:

You will be working on residential and commercial HVAC projects throughout the Minneapolis area Installing and servicing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems The role includes reading and interpreting blueprints, assembling and installing HVAC equipment and ductwork, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards You will also interact directly with customers in homes and businesses, so professionalism, communication, and strong customer service skills are essential What makes you a great fit: 2-3 years of HVAC installation experience (residential and/or commercial) Experience using powered hand tools with safety in mind Basic understanding of HVAC system Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments (attics, rooftops, etc) Why work with our client?
