Are you a customer service rockstar who just happens to be mechanically-inclined and knowledgeable about HVAC too? Do you want to further your career with an established company that has a good reputation? If so, read on! This HVAC Maintenance Technician position pays $17.00-$40.00/hr , depending on experience and skillset, plus sales commissions of up to $80,000 annually . That is a total earning potential of up to $175,000 annually! We also offer family health benefits, dental benefits, a 401k with match, 2-3 weeks of paid vacation, an iPhone, an iPad, company uniforms, and 100-200 hours of techsales training each year. HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS 2
years of tech school Sales skills Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Are you dependable and hardworking? Do you have good communication skills and the ability to express technical information in layman's terms? Are you friendly and service-oriented? Do you present yourself professionally? WORK SCHEDULE HVAC
Maintenance Technicians work a typical Monday-Friday schedule, but all technicians rotate working on-call after hours and on weekends.
