Sabre Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning is looking for motivated HVAC Service Technician. We believe in making the repairs customers are asking us to make, not making any unnecessary repairs. We provide our customers with their best available options, answer any questions and educate them on their equipment. Overview We are seeking a dynamic HVAC Service Technician to join our passionate team. In this role, you will perform maintenance and repairs. Your expertise will ensure our customers experience optimal comfort and system efficiency while contributing to our reputation for reliable service. Our service techs are also responsible to be on the on call rotation which has an extra bonus each week just for being on call and double time for every minute you leave your house until you get home. If you are reliable, have a strong work ethic, ability to problem solve and have good customers service apply at Sabre. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to our clients Diagnose and troubleshoot residential equipment and repair Report to office when job is done to be dispatched next job Complete all service related forms properly Inform customer of replacement options following company guidelines Inform customer of maintenance program Perform routine preventative maintenance on residential equipment On call rotation Maintain tools and equipment to ensure in safe operating condition Follows safety guidelines Other duties as assigned Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC technician
- Proficient in operating and maintaining HVAC equipment
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
- Experience with equipment repair
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate installation and repairs
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
