Residential HVAC Installer

Position Overview Comfort Solutions is expanding and looking for highly skilled, motivated HVAC Install Technicians to join our top-tier team. Key Responsibilities Install new HVAC systems in accordance with specifications, safety requirements, and industry standards. Work collaboratively with other technicians and installers to complete projects efficiently and with high quality Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to optimize system performance and reliability. Repair or replace defective components, such as compressors, motors, electrical controls, and thermostats. Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and recommendations provided to customers. Deliver excellent customer service by clearly explaining findings, repairs, and maintenance needs. Qualifications Proven experience as an HVAC Installation Technician or a similar role. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems—including air conditioning, heating, refrigeration, and airflow diagnostics. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues quickly and provide effective solutions. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and instructions accurately. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and explaining Installations or system operations. Valid driver's license and clean driving record (preferred).
