Lead Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Installer

About the Role Abel Heating and Cooling is a growing HVAC company looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. You'll be installing residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems, working alongside a team that takes pride in doing the job right the first time. • Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, and related equipment
• Work from job documentation and ensure installs meet manufacturer specs and local code
• Photograph job sites and document installs accurately
• Communicate professionally with customers and the office team
• Represent Abel Heating and Cooling with professionalism on every job What We're Looking For
• Hands-on HVAC installation experience (required)
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems, refrigerant, and electrical
• Clean driving record (required)
• EPA 608 certification preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage your time in the field
