Responsibilities:

Expert Maintenance & Repair:

Perform service on a wide variety of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure all work meets high company standards and results in a positive customer experience.

Mentorship:

Share your expertise by assisting with the training of other Service Technicians.

Schedule:

Work a standard 40+ hour week (Monday-Friday) with a minimum of one on-call shift per month and occasional overtime.

Experience:

2+ years of dedicated HVAC service experience.

Education:

Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School.

Licensing:

Must hold an EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License.

Certification:

NATE Certification is required.

Driving:

Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
