HVAC Maintenance Technician

Overview:

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure systems operate efficiently
• Collaborate with clients to discuss system malfunctions or maintenance needs
• Follow safety protocols and regulations while handling HVAC equipment
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor

Skills:

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in HVAC systems installation, maintenance, and repair
• Knowledge of property maintenance practices
• Experience in mechanical systems design and operation
• Ability to diagnose and resolve HVAC issues promptly

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with boiler systems
• Experience in appliance repair
• Background as a service technician
