Role:

As a Lead HVAC Installer , you'll take ownership of residential installs from start to finish. You'll lead the job, guide your install helper, and ensure every system is installed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This isn't a "just show up and install" role. You'll be trusted to make decisions in the field, solve problems, and represent the company in customers' homes. If you take pride in clean installs, strong communication, and getting it right the first time, you'll fit in well here. What You'll Do Lead residential HVAC installs from start to finish Install furnaces, AC systems, coils, and related components Mentor and guide install helpers on job sites Ensure installs meet code, manufacturer specs, and company standards Perform system start-up, testing, and final walkthroughs Troubleshoot issues and make real-time adjustments in the field Communicate clearly with homeowners and answer questions Maintain clean, organized job sites and professional appearance Complete job documentation and material tracking accurately What You'll Bring 5+ years of residential HVAC install experience Experience leading or taking ownership of install jobs Strong understanding of system sizing, airflow, and install best practices Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently EPA Certification (required or willing to obtain quickly) Valid driver's license Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship What Makes You Stand Out You take ownership — you don't wait to be told what to do You care about clean installs and doing it right the first time You're comfortable leading a helper and teaching as you go You communicate well with both customers and your team Why Join Us At Legendary, our values guide every decision.
