Plumbing & Heating Manager Job Summary:

Finken is seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our Plumbing & Heating department. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. If you are experienced in HVAC installation and service, have strong troubleshooting skills, and value excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!

Duties & Responsibilities:

Install a broad range of HVAC fixtures and components in residential and commercial settings. Operate and use required tools and equipment skillfully and safely. Read and comprehend plans and blueprints for installation projects. Analyze and respond appropriately to emergency situations. Follow oral and written instructions from supervisors and team members. Maintain cooperative working relationships with team members, customers, and contractors. Ensure job sites and company vehicles remain clean, organized, and safe. Submit paperwork, including timecards and work orders, to the HVAC Division Manager daily. Follow all Finken safety policies and procedures at all times. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

HVAC installation, service, and troubleshooting experience preferred.

Technical Knowledge:

Ability to use hand and power tools efficiently.

Licensing:

Must maintain required licensure qualifications.

Physical Ability:

Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs. unassisted and working in various conditions.

Time Management:

Punctuality and attendance are mandatory.

Driving:

Must have a valid MN driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

Communication:

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

Work may require bending, standing, climbing, and walking for extended periods. Must be comfortable working at heights up to 3 ft. and lifting/carrying equipment. Must be willing to travel for work, including potential out-of-state projects (up to five days at a time). Absolutely no smoking in company vehicles or buildings; permitted only in designated areas.

Pay Range:

💰 $28•$40 per hour (Based on experience)
