This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with homeowners, takes pride in preventative maintenance, and wants a stable career path with opportunities to grow into service or installation. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll perform residential maintenance and tune-ups on HVAC and home comfort systems while helping homeowners keep their equipment running efficiently and safely. We will train, no experience necessary.

What You'll Be Doing:

Perform preventative maintenance on residential furnaces and air conditioners Clean and inspect HVAC systems Service and clean bath fans and ventilation systems Clean refrigerator condenser coils Inspect and clean dryer vents Replace filters and perform light maintenance tasks Identify safety concerns and potential repair needs Educate homeowners on equipment condition and recommendations Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every visit Maintain accurate notes and documentation

What We're Looking For:

HVAC experience preferred, but maintenance or mechanical experience will be considered. We will train. Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and stay organized Positive attitude and strong work ethic Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, basements, and tight spaces Why Join Hurlburt?
