Vary -7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday -Friday, some evenings and weekends during peak seasons

Position Summary:

Perform semiannual maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment with the ability to educate homeowners on issues or improvements needed. Must provide new and lifetime customers with the best experience possible. Every day, every job!

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

High school diploma or its equivalent Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting, and installation of all residential and light commercial systems Exceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings General knowledge in all HVAC low voltage systems Ability to test and balance systems Understand and apply all relevant codes Exhibit professional conduct at all times, whether the job site or driving company vehicles Work alongside team members and management dispatchers to ensure the overall success of the business Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and technical vendor training. Train and mentor when needed Be accurate and timely with invoices, payments, time cards, and required paperwork Qualifications desired: Willing to achieve and strive for company goals Good communication skills Professional appearance Motivated Energetic personality Desire to learn and grow Bonus opportunity for cardholders!
