HVAC Residential Service Technician

We focus on quality workmanship, clear communication and long-term customer relationships. We are hiring a Residential Service Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain residential heating, cooling and related residential systems. This is a technical, hands-on role with daily customer interactions

• not a sales role.

We DO NOT require our service technicians to sell products or pressure customers for repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair and maintain residential HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps) and related equipment
• Perform routine maintenance, system tune ups and safety inspections
• Troubleshoot electrical, gas and refrigerant issues safely and accurately
• Provide friendly, professional service and clear explanations to homeowners
• Complete job paperwork, service reports and communicate updates to dispatch
• Maintain company inventory, tools and inventory of parts
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies
• Participate in a shared on-call rotation with other tech(s) for after-hour emergency calls

Qualifications:

• 2+ years residential HVAC or related service experience required
• EPA 608 certification required
• Type II
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Able to lift equipment, work in tight spaces and handle physical tasks

Compensation and Benefits:

• 45 per hour (based on experience)
