Senior HVAC/R Technician

Senior HVAC/R Technician Drury Southwest, Inc. is a vertically integrated development and construction company focusing on Drury Hotels as well as localized commercial and residential operations. We are looking for a skilled Senior HVAC/R Working Superintendent with at least 10 years field experience to perform and oversee general HVAC/R duties in new construction, renovations and scheduled replacements at company owned facilities. Knowledge of maintenance procedures, troubleshooting, and installation of various HVAC equipment is required. New team members will report to the HVAC/R Manager. Full Time, Hourly Position Competitive Benefit Package for qualifying candidates Competitive compensation, as determined by the candidate's experience and qualifications, including per diem for travel.

Daily work may include:

Installation of HVAC/R systems Installation of commercial plumbing appliances Terminating electrical connections and testing operation Pipe fitting Maintaining punch lists, inventory, etc. throughout assignments Commission mechanical equipment with documentation Assist junior team members to promote internal growth Work with design and engineering team to conduct site visits and work with take-offs of plumbing / mechanical systems. Travel to jobsites as required Any and all other duties requested by Drury Southwest, Inc. or its affiliates Qualifying applicants will meet the following criteria: EPA Section 608 Universal Certified Associates degree in HVAC/R Technologies or equivalent 10 Years (minimum) field experience in the HVAC/R service industry Possess and maintain a valid driver's license, be insurable by the company's insurance carrier, and be eligible to rent a car from services such as Enterprise or National Eligible to work in the United States Can operate a Windows based computer with Outlook and Excel with limited assistance The position is highly physical and requires regular use of hands, fingers, walking, stooping, kneeling and climbing ladders. It requires employees to lift and/or move up to 75lbs solo and more in team lifts. Qualifying applicants must be dependable, have great attention to detail, be cooperative, and encourage others to work at their fullest potential.
