Job Description:

As an HVAC Lead Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of HVAC systems for both residential and commercial clients. You'll lead and mentor a team of installers, ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your expertise and leadership will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of HVAC installers on job sites. Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork, following blueprints and manufacturer instructions. Ensure all installations meet local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices. Conduct pre-installation site evaluations and determine the best approach for each project. Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior installers, promoting skill development and safety. Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of installations, materials used, and time spent on each project. Collaborate with the service department and other team members to ensure smooth project execution. Design, build/construct duct work.

Requirements:

years of experience in HVAC installation, with a proven track record of leadership. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical components. Experience leading teams and managing installation projects. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Valid HVAC certification and/or license preferred [Valid driver's license] and reliable transportation. Ability to work in both residential and commercial environments. OSHA certifications or equivalent safety training preferred.
