Lead Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technician

Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to handle service, maintenance, and diagnostics while providing excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Service, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems Perform maintenance and inspections (PMA visits) Clearly explain findings and options to customers Maintain accurate job notes and documentation Uphold company standards and quality

Qualifications:

5+ years HVAC experience Strong diagnostic ability EPA Certification required Valid driver's license Professional and customer-focused

Preferred:

Experience with IAQ products, airflow diagnostics, and system performance
