Lead HVAC Installer Position Summary:

We are hiring a Lead HVAC Installer to run install jobs, lead a crew, and ensure high-quality system installations.

Responsibilities:

Lead installs for residential and light commercial HVAC systems Train and guide install helpers Ensure installs meet code and company standards Complete paperwork and job documentation Communicate with office and project managers

Qualifications:

3-5+ years HVAC install experience Leadership ability and attention to detail Strong understanding of ductwork and system design Valid driver's license
