• Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Installer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) systems, and related equipment. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge, experience with construction and service techniques, and the ability to interpret schematics and HVAC design plans. The HVAC Installer will ensure that all installations meet safety standards and client specifications, contributing to the comfort and safety of our customers' properties. Responsibilities Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, boilers, and other mechanical equipment in residential or commercial properties. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to ensure accurate installation. Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC/R equipment, including refrigeration and ammonia refrigeration systems. Use specialized tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and welding equipment for metal fabrication or repairs. Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and perform necessary repairs or replacements of components. Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Assist in service calls as a field technician for ongoing property maintenance or appliance repair projects. Maintain a clean work environment and properly document work performed. Skills Proven experience in construction, HVAC installation, or service technician roles with a strong mechanical background. Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles, and property maintenance procedures. Knowledge of refrigeration systems including ammonia refrigeration is a plus. Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and perform equipment repair effectively. Skilled in plumbing, welding, boiler operation, and general mechanical maintenance. Experience with field service operations involving air conditioning units and appliance repair. Strong understanding of HVAC/R systems including refrigeration cycles and ammonia refrigeration processes. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred for field assignments.
