Responsibilities:

Work on Rooftop units, mini-split systems, boilers, chillers or residential equipment Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle Maintain, repair, and install Commercial /Industrial rooftops, chillers, heat pumps, Mini-split systems, boilers, humidity control systems, pneumatic controls, refrigeration etc. Checks, repairs, and/or replaces valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps etc. Monitors HVAC systems to ensure systems are operating properly, efficiently and safely Provide preventive maintenance according to established schedules and standards. Responds to hot and cold calls, troubleshoot and resolve issues. Travel to job sites in service area, and work with dispatcher to ensure schedule is maintained Document all installed equipment upon arrival: make, model, serial number, type of fuel, and pictures as Keep accurate and timely paperwork for the office manager after each job. Assist clients in evaluating repair vs. replace options Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, associates, and team members Work and drive safely, using appropriate safety gear and techniques. Assist in generating and scheduling replacement consultations

Requirements:

5+ years experience as a commercial HVAC/R service technician/installer EPA Certified Experience working with refrigeration equipment and servicing Service Titan experience is a plus Experience installing and/or servicing and maintaining mini-split ductless systems Clear understanding, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing of packaged rooftop units, split systems, heat pumps, and ductless split systems. Experience working with chillers and water towers is a plus.
