Job Description

LEAD HVAC
Technician Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring Lead HVAC Technicians for commercial projects in the Kansas City Metro area. The pay range is $30-$45 per hou r based on experience. All HVAC Technicians are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate Job Duties + Planning, removal, installation, and start up of new HVAC equipment; to include pumps, RTUs, exhaust fans, and terminal units ( VAV / FPB ). This includes working with subcontractors of various trades (electrical, welding, rigging, etc) as well as our service teams to facilitate the completion of these various projects. + Ensure condensation drain line is clear and working properly + Troubleshoot defective systems and make corrections + Install HVAC systems based on blueprints and/or user's requirements + Ensure compliance with appliance standards in Health and Safety Act + Installation of fabricated duct work, spiral pipe, supply air/return round pipe, flex duct, etc. Ultimate HVAC Installation Journeyman Requirements + 5+ years of Construction experience + Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots) + Must have basic hand tools to perform trade + Ability to perform regular standing, bending and kneeling and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance + Drug Test Required + Background Check Required + Universal EPA required Benefits of Working at Ultimate LLC ? + Weekly pay Direct Deposit + Health Insurance + Dental and Vision Coverage + 401k + Paid Time Off + Referral bonus program + Pay increase based on quality of craftsmanship + Tool purchase Program + PPE Reimbursement Program + Paid OSHA training + Long term work + ID theft protection To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
