EXPERIENCED
Full-Time Property Maintenance Technician with HVAC Certification . The ideal candidate is dependable, a team player who is mechanically inclined. Ability to assure all work orders are completed on a daily basis. Willing to accurately document work performed on the work orders. Ability to inspect vacant units and complete make readies. Experienced in property maintenance including minor electrical, plumbing, drywall, and painting. Appliance repair knowledge is a plus. Willing to be available after hours as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have valid Driver's license and reliable transportation Must have HVAC Certification Must pass criminal background check Must be able to respond to after hours emergencies Minimum of 2 years property maintenance preferred Minimum of 3 years HVAC maintenance preferred Salary based on experience. We offer paid time off and 401K.
