Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician with at least 2 years of certified experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and components Diagnose system issues and perform efficient, cost-effective repairs Read and interpret schematics, and technical manuals Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations Perform routine preventative maintenance on residential, multi-family, and light commercial systems Communicate clearly with customers and team members regarding work performed and recommendations Maintain accurate service records and documentation Work collaboratively with construction crews and project managers Qualifications Minimum 2 years of certified HVAC experience Valid HVAC certification (EPA Certification required) Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety procedures Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team Good communication and customer service skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in residential, multi-family, and light commercial projects Additional certifications (NATE or similar) Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge

Compensation & Benefits Pay:
